Altocraft USA – Packaging Requirements (For all vendors)

To ensure efficient handling, storage, and distribution, all vendors must comply with the following packaging standards:

  1. Case Quantity Limit:

    • Each master case must contain no more than 48 units.

  2. Box Dimension Restrictions:

    • No side of any master carton may exceed 25 inches (63.5 cm) in length.

  3. Labeling Requirements:

    • Both the master carton and inner boxes must clearly display the following:

      • Model Number

      • Product Name

      • Quantity

      • Barcode

Failure to meet these packaging standards may result in refused shipments, repacking fees, or delays in processing.

Altocraft USA – Sales Policy
  1. New Customers in Florida:
    All new customers located in the State of Florida must provide a copy of their Seller’s Permit or Tax ID number prior to placing an order.

  2. Final Sale Policy:
    All sales are final. No refunds or warranties are offered on any items.

  3. Freight Terms:
    All freight is collect and must be paid by the customer.

  4. Shipping Terms (F.O.B.):
    All prices are F.O.B. Miami – Altocraft USA Warehouse.

  5. Minimum Order Requirement:
    The minimum order is USD $100.00.
    Orders less than $100.00 will be subject to a 20% handling surcharge.

  6. Pricing & Availability Disclaimer:
    Due to market fluctuations, prices, quantities, and packaging are subject to change without notice.

  7. Price Approval:
    All prices are subject to final approval by Altocraft USA and must be confirmed by the customer before order processing.

Does the product look exactly like the picture?

Not always. Sometimes the same product may come from different factories, which can result in slight differences in appearance or packaging. However, the function and specifications remain the same, regardless of the source.

  6. Place Order
